Qualifications

• Experience working with college students in mentoring, coaching or advising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for a diverse student population.
• Ability to design and deliver workshops and programs for student success.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation and maintenance of academic success programs for undergraduates.
• Support college transition courses and related seminars as needed.
• Research and apply best practices in academic success for undergraduates.
