Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in related field.
• One year of work experience related to the position.
• Advanced degree in related field preferred.
• Previous experience in higher education or program development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates program initiatives for the assigned college or unit.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the program and related activities.
• Serves as liaison with internal and external clients on program matters.
• Provides guidance and support for a diverse program clientele.
• Assists with budgets, PCard usage, forecasting, and financial goals.
• Prepares presentations and collateral for programs and events.
• Collects and analyzes program data and generates reports.
• May coordinate social media and outreach.
• May supervise staff or student assistants.
