Job summary

Kennesaw State University is seeking an Academic Program Support Specialist in the Radow College Office of the Dean to plan and implement college-wide initiatives. You’ll coordinate programs, events, and resources while guiding operations and stakeholder communications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience; familiarity with TargetX, Qualtrics, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred. This is a regular, full-time position at our Kennesaw, GA campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
• One year of work experience related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans and coordinates the implementation and execution of programs, special projects, events and other initiatives designed to achieve the overall mission, goals, and objectives of the assigned program(s) and/or department(s).
• Oversees and administers day-to-day operations of the assigned program(s) and/or departments.
• Serves as liaison with internal and external clients on all matters relating to program and/or department activities.
• Provides guidance and support to clientele within the area of program focus.
