Job summary

C2 Education in the United States is seeking a full-time Educational Program Coordinator to support scheduling, events, and activities for after-school programs. You will liaise with students, instructors, and staff to ensure a positive learning environment and smooth operational flow.

Role requires experience in educational coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in educational program coordination.
• Experience working in a classroom or educational setting.
• Experience with administrative duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to work with bilingual populations (Mandarin or Korean) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and events including scheduling and material preparation.
• Communicate program details and changes to students, instructors, and stakeholders.
• Provide support to students with inquiries and academic needs.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment and attendance.
• Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team to ensure successful delivery of programs.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and build relationships with students, instructors, and parents.
• Provide administrative support to instructors and assist with technology setup.
• Answer student inquiries and provide information about C2 Education programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
