• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in educational program coordination.
• Experience working in a classroom or educational setting.
• Experience with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and other events, including scheduling and room bookings.
• Communicate program details and changes to students, instructors, and stakeholders.
• Provide support to students and address inquiries and academic needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and progress.
• Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver educational programs.
