Job summary

Cascadia College seeks a dedicated Program Coordinator to support Student Success Services, including the Running Start program, scholarships, and advising. You will handle applications, coordinate with students, staff, and external partners, and generate reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Determine student eligibility for Running Start by applying knowledge of college and state policies.
• File and maintain student records related to the programs.
• Process and track incoming documents (Tuition Waiver forms, Transcript Evaluation forms, Running Start Application and Verification forms).
• Provide follow-up to students who do not have complete files.
• Update program databases, webpages and forms.
• Maintain the confidentiality of student records.
• Perform administrative support duties within the programs.
• Copy, fax and email documents; receive and process incoming forms.
• Coordinate running Start program activities including: information sessions, scholarships for textbook for eligible student, etc.
• Participate in ongoing training related to Running Start program duties
