Under the general direction of the Academic Advisor/Running Start Specialist, the Program Coordinator ¿ Student Success Services performs a wide variety of tasks in support of the Student Advising and Success Services office including coordinating the Running Start Program, managing the Running Start Scholarships, and providing support to the Academic Advising team. The Program Coordinator will provide direct customer service to students, staff, and/or faculty, as well as communicate detailed program information about Running Start to internal and external stakeholders on an individual and group basis. This position will review and process applications, assist student workers as they review and process applications, and generate reports for a variety of stakeholders . Additionally, this position will monitor and triage departmental email inboxes and phones, as well as support other areas of Student Success Services, such as Student Accessibility Services, Admissions/Outreach and Enrollment Services, as needed.

Initial Salary: $3,738 - $4,201 Monthly DOE + 5% King County Premium Pay (KCPP)
