Job summary

Northwest College seeks a Counselor – Student Success Program Coordinator to provide counseling services and oversee a specialized student success program. You'll support learning strategies, disability advocacy, and personal and career counseling as part of a team in Student Services.

The role includes advising students, coordinating daily operations, and collaborating with faculty to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field is required.
• Wyoming Licensed Professional Counselor license required.
• Background check acceptable.
• Proficient in counseling methods and student support strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one student counseling, advising, and support for diverse student populations.
• Coordinate program activities and day-to-day operations of the Student Success Program.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student academic success and learning strategies.
• Prepare reports and data related to program outcomes and compliance.
• Develop and present workshops on student success and personal development.
