Job summary

Louisiana Delta Community College in Ruston, LA is seeking an Enrollment Pathways Specialist to support student success through proactive coaching, pathway planning, and retention strategies within Enrollment Management.

You will coordinate onboarding, registration, and articulation with CTE and adult education, using data to identify at‑risk students and connect them to services. This is a grant-funded, full‑time staff position in Student Services.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher in Education or Counseling or related human services field.
• Professional, creative, resourceful self-starter with a customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Academic & Retention Coaching: identify and intervene with at-risk students in CTE programs using predictive data.
• Comprehensive Academic Planning: advise on registration, course sequencing, pathway planning, and graduation requirements.
• Individualized Support Coordination: coordinate accommodations and support with disability services and faculty.
• Guided Pathways & Retention Programming: develop and support retention activities, study groups, and workshops to boost persistence.
• Onboarding & Transition Management: create materials and sessions for orientation, onboarding, and graduation/transfer processes.
• CTE Pathway Collaboration: engage with CTE pathways and workforce training programs for articulation.
• Data-Driven Tracking & Case Management: maintain student records and generate compliance reports for funding.
