Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic technical skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Proactive academic & retention coaching using predictive data and early-alert systems.
• Comprehensive academic planning including course sequencing and pathway planning.
• Coordinate academic decisions for students with accommodations or barriers.
• Develop retention activities, study groups, and workshops to boost persistence.
• Design onboarding materials for orientation and graduation/transfer processes.
• Collaborate within CTE pathways, Adult Education transitions, and workforce programs.
• Maintain student records and generate compliance reports for funding.
• Conduct targeted outreach to regional high schools and community events.
• Maintain proactive communication and accountability in LDCC standards of practice.
• Stay updated on college policies and transfer articulation agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support enrollment management goals.
