Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Two years of advising or counseling experience in higher education or related field.
• Strong commitment to inclusive student success and belonging.
• Experience using student information systems and advising technologies.

Responsibilities

• Advise students to identify academic and career goals and develop personalized academic plans.
• Provide accurate information about CCD programs, pathways, and support services.
• Maintain records of advising contacts and interventions in Banner / Navigate360.
• Engage in proactive, equity-minded advising to support retention and completion.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus departments to support student success.
