Job summary

Memphis Goodwill, Inc. seeks a Life Coach to support student engagement at the Thousand Oaks Campus. You will manage a caseload of 80–100 students, guide individuals, and coordinate intake, educational planning, and connections to community resources.

You will collaborate with instructional and CCR teams, foster strong relationships, and participate in team meetings. Flexibility for local travel and a 7AM–8PM schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years mentoring, counseling, advising, or related experience.
• Experience with high schoolers or adult education preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must pass background checks and have driving license.
• Willing to travel locally and work flexible hours.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 80–100 students and support their educational progress.
• Facilitate the team relationship and meet individually with students.
• Administer intake, assess life experiences, and map educational tracks.
• Connect students with community resources and supportive services.
• Collaborate with instructional staff and CCR Team to meet objectives.
• Attend all team and professional development meetings.
• Engage with community partners to expand support services.
• Assist instructors in developing individualized learning plans.
• Monitor learning experiences and student engagement.
• Travel locally as needed.
