Job summary

Chamberlain University in Indianapolis is seeking a Student Support Liaison to promote student success through holistic, student-centered guidance across service areas. This role acts as a primary contact for students and works with campus colleagues to resolve questions and remove barriers to persistence.

You will assist with scheduling, portal navigation, events such as career fairs and open houses, and help students explore funding, scholarships, and military benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in higher education, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student questions and connect them to university resources; collaborate with departments for a seamless experience.
• Assist students with appointment scheduling, portal navigation, and self-service tools.
• Promote and support student opportunities and activities (federal work study, student organizations, peer tutoring, Chamberlain Care Closet).
• Plan and facilitate events (career fairs, open houses, workshops, graduation) with Campus Support Coordinator.
• Assist with questions regarding local/state funding, military services, and scholarships.
• Serve as the point of contact for compliance audits.
• Identify opportunities and implement processes/tech solutions to enhance retention journey.
• Maintain knowledge of enterprise applications and business processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned; comply with policies and standards.
