Job summary

You will collaborate with faculty and staff to connect students with opportunities and resources, guiding them through transitions and high-impact experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating orientation, leading student success seminars, and creating inclusive programming that fosters belonging and resilience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 3+ years in a higher education setting.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a higher education setting.
• Experience advising students or student organizations.
• Strong communication, written and oral.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic advising to support first-year and transfer students' transitions.
• Deliver 1:1 student success coaching and career development guidance.
• Collaborate with campus units to connect students with resources.
• Lead and coordinate student success seminars and programs.
• Assist with orientation and development of inclusive programming.
