Responsibilities

• Process and monitor COD inbound and outbound files, including identifying and resolving errors and rejected records.
• Process, review, and approve ISIRs and identify records requiring corrections or additional documentation.
• Coordinate processing and reporting related to Wisconsin state awards.
• Support the administration and certification of VA education benefits.
• Assist students and families with financial aid questions in person, by phone, and via email.
• Explain financial aid requirements, awards, FAFSA information, required documentation, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and institutional requirements.
• Monitor assigned processing queues and reports to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial aid processes.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and other campus offices to resolve student issues and support effective service.
• Assist with other financial aid processing and office responsibilities as assigned.
