Job summary

De La Salle Blackfeet School in Browning, MT seeks a compassionate Director of Student Success & Family Engagement to support students in grades 4–8 and assist with the transition into high school. This is a relationship-centered, coordination-focused role grounded in Lasallian values, not a primary therapy position.

You will partner with families, teachers and community resources to address academic, social-emotional, and structural barriers, develop individualized support plans, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Social Work, Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families in school or community settings.
• Strong relational, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to student advocacy, cultural humility, and Lasallian mission values.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term, trusting relationships with students and families
• Identify and address barriers to student success, including academic, social-emotional, and structural challenges
• Develop individualized support plans in collaboration with teachers and families
• Connect families with school and community resources
• Support executive functioning, goal-setting, and transitions into middle and high school
• Partner with Graduate Support Coordinator for high school persistence support
