Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years' experience with students in higher education or related setting preferred.
• Experience with program coordination or grant-funded programs preferred.
• Experience with Native American students or Tribal Colleges preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective, new, and current students.
• Assist with admissions, enrollment, and college processes.
• Provide student-centered assistance and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate enrollment-related workshops and orientation.
• Maintain confidential student information.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and other departments.
• Represent BFCC at recruitment events.
