Job summary

Legacy Traditional Schools in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Dean of Student Supports to lead behavior, attendance, and wellness programs. You will supervise district-wide student services, mentor staff, and collaborate with families and community partners to promote equity and safety.

The role focuses on inclusive practices, proactive interventions, and professional development to improve academic engagement and social-emotional growth for all students.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education or related field is required or preferred by district policy.
• Administrative certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of successful teaching experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment and promote academic achievement.
• Lead behavior support systems, BIT, and data-guided interventions.
• Provide coaching and professional development in classroom management and SEL.
• Partner with families, staff, and community resources to support students.
• Oversee compliance with 504, Title IX, and McKinney-Vento services.
