Job summary

St. Labre Indian School seeks a Director of Schools to lead and oversee the educational program across its campuses in Ashland, MT.

The role requires aligning curriculum and instruction with Catholic traditions while honoring Native American cultures and ensuring student success. Qualifications

Strong background in Education and Educational Leadership, including experience overseeing academic programs and school operations.
Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Training to design, implement, and evaluate effective instructional frameworks.
Experience coaching and mentoring educators to promote professional growth and improved student outcomes.

Responsibilities

Supervise principals and academic staff to ensure quality and consistency of instruction.
Guide curriculum development and instructional alignment with Catholic values and school mission.
Monitor and support student achievement with data-informed improvement initiatives.
