Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Multitasking and adaptability to new technologies.
• Occasional travel up to 5% and availability on nights/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a student caseload and assist with enrollment, financial aid, and progression.
• Guide students to determine degree programs and courses based on career goals.
• Navigate enrollment processes with Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, and course registration.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Veteran Services, Financial Aid, and other departments to support students.
• Provide consistent outreach to promote student success and graduation.
