Qualifications

• 2 years of required experience in exceptional customer service experience.
• 2 years of required experience in program coordination and deployment.
• 2 years of required experience in case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, group or drop-in career advising to students on resume writing, job search strategies, interview preparation, and professional development.
• Facilitate active learning workshops, seminars, and events to promote career readiness.
• Assist in career fairs, employer panels, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with campus partners to align career services with goals and initiatives.
• Support placement surveys and data collection to improve processes.
