Responsibilities

• Guide students from enrollment through graduation, coordinating with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar's Office and other departments.
• Manage a student caseload and address enrollment, financial aid, and progression questions.
• Assist students in selecting degree programs and courses aligned with career goals.
• Navigate enrollment requirements, including Registrar's Office, financial aid, and payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support student success and monitor progress.
• Proactively reach out to ensure student success and maintain detailed notes.
