Job summary

Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is seeking an Enrollment Coach to support students from enrollment through graduation. In this on-campus role, you will partner with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Registrar to ensure a smooth process and timely progress.

You will manage a caseload, respond to questions, help students choose programs, and coordinate payments and FAFSA requirements. The position emphasizes persistence, service, and integrity in line with TSTC's core values.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is required with relevant higher education experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically to resolve enrollment issues.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% and occasional evenings/weekends.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a student caseload and address enrollment questions and issues.
• Guide students through the enrollment process with FAFSA and financial aid coordination.
• Help students select degree programs and courses aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and other departments.
• Conduct outreach to promote student persistence and graduation.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in the advising system.
