Job summary

VIP Supreme Staffing seeks an Entry-Level Student Advisor to support prospective and current students through enrollment and program progress. You will be a primary contact, guiding students on requirements, attendance, and available resources.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing applications, coordinating orientation, and maintaining student records, with emphasis on professional communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service, admissions, or office admin is a plus.
• Ability to protect confidential student information and follow privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective and current students via multiple channels.
• Explain programs, tuition, schedules, and admissions requirements.
• Help with applications, enrollment, orientation, and records.
• Monitor attendance and academic progress; follow up on concerns.
• Refer students to staff, resources, or community programs.
• Maintain accurate student notes and enrollment documentation.
