Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 1 year of student success experience in a college or university setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated coaching and mentoring techniques used in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, holistic support to students through individualized success planning, case management, and academic coaching.
• Monitor student progress and coordinate campus resources and interventions.
• Develop and facilitate student-success programming to enhance retention and degree completion.
• Collaborate across campus with academic advisors, faculty, and student services to create wraparound support plans.
• Prepare and analyze reports on caseload trends and intervention outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Utilize early alert systems and proactive outreach to identify and assist students at risk.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all student interactions and progress with timely follow-up.
• May supervise graduate assistants or undergraduate student workers as needed.
