Manhattan College's O’Malley School of Business invites applications for the role of Program Coordinator, Student Success & Engagement. This full‑time, on‑campus position supports OMSB’s student success strategy, focusing on engagement, academic progression, career readiness and post‑graduate outcomes.

The role collaborates with faculties, staff and external partners to connect students with internships, employer networks, and alumni, while coordinating across school initiatives and competitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in student engagement, internships, or career readiness programming.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across faculty, staff, colleges, and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with using data to assess and support student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OMSB Passport Program aligning with student development outcomes.
• Support student clubs, honor societies, faculty and alumni engagement.
• Assist with programming for early-year students to support retention.
• Help manage internship programs, providing internship advising to students.
• Advise students on co-curricular involvement and career development.
• Provide general advising and career coaching support.
• Assist oversight of the student-run Fair Trade business as an experiential platform.
• Support experiential learning initiatives and employer partnerships.
• Support student participation in business competitions and cross-institutional initiatives.
• Coordinate with other colleges and external partners on joint programs and cross-institutional initiatives.
• Assist students in developing public speaking and presentation skills for competitions and interviews.
