You will guide students through planning, SAP compliance, and program requirements while coordinating activities and monitoring records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Student Services, Student Affairs, Academic Advising, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting students in postsecondary, vocational, career school, college, or university settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support and guidance to students facing academic, attendance, personal, or social challenges.
• Assist students with academic planning, program requirements, and SAP.
• Monitor attendance, LOA requests, re-enrollments, withdrawals, and student records.
• Identify at-risk students and implement retention strategies and intervention plans.
• Coordinate student activities, events, workshops, and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with FERPA and other regulations.
• Manage student communications and act as liaison between students, faculty, and administration.
• Support graduation readiness, licensure preparation, and student success initiatives.
• Maintain accurate student documentation and records in SIS.
• Assist with compliance reporting and data analysis for student services programs.
