  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students facing academic, attendance, personal, or social challenges.
  • Assist students with academic planning, program requirements, and SAP.
  • Monitor attendance, LOA requests, re-enrollments, withdrawals, and student records.
  • Identify at-risk students and implement retention strategies and intervention plans.
  • Coordinate student activities, events, workshops, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with FERPA and other regulations.
  • Manage student communications and act as liaison between students, faculty, and administration.
  • Support graduation readiness, licensure preparation, and student success initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate student documentation and records in SIS.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and data analysis for student services programs.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with one late evening and one Saturday required on a rotating basis.

This highly visible role serves as a trusted resource for students while helping drive retention, engagement, academic success, and career readiness.

What You'll Do

As the Student Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the success of our students by:

  • Providing individualized support and guidance to students experiencing academic, attendance, personal, or social challenges
  • Assisting students with academic planning, program requirements, and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
  • Monitoring attendance, Leave of Absence (LOA) requests, re-enrollments, withdrawals, and student records
  • Identifying at-risk students and implementing retention strategies and intervention plans
  • Coordinating student activities, events, workshops, and engagement initiatives
  • Maintaining compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations, including FERPA requirements
  • Managing student communications and serving as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration
  • Supporting graduation readiness, licensure preparation, and student success initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate student documentation and records within student information systems
  • Assisting with compliance reporting, data analysis, and student services programs
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
