The Office of Admissions at Iowa State University is seeking a Systems Analyst II – CRM Administrator to lead the administration and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, the university's customer relationship management platform, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In this role, you'll develop innovative communication strategies, automate business processes, create impactful reports and dashboards, and enhance the tools that help prospective students engage with Iowa State from their first interaction through enrollment. Working collaboratively with Admissions staff and campus partners, you'll manage CRM enhancements, support system integrations, ensure data integrity, and lead technical projects from planning through implementation.
