Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College invites applications for the Director of Ivy Cares to lead wraparound services helping students persist and complete their education. You will design, oversee, and assess daily operations and activities that address basic needs and non-academic barriers.

The role requires leadership across campus and with community partners, managing programs, budget, and staff while advancing equity and student success. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, social services, nonprofit management, or related areas.
• Experience developing and managing programs and services supporting students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise Ivy Cares Office programs and services.
• Coordinate campus and community resources to support student persistence and success.
• Oversee budget, personnel, and assessment for Ivy Cares activities.
• Build partnerships with departments, schools, nonprofits, and community partners.
• Advocate for wraparound services and data-informed program improvements.
