Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Guidance & Counseling with School Counseling Endorsement on a Valid Ohio Teaching Certificate
• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree with Valid Teaching Certificate

Responsibilities

• Relentlessly work to meet goals related to student achievement and culture as well as AYP goals
• Meet with at-risk students to formulate an action plan for academic success with parent/guardian involvement
• Plan and promote programs that enhance academic, social, or emotional growth of students
• Support RTI and MTSS programs and collaborate with administrators and counselors
• Integrate restorative justice practices and social-emotional learning into daily practice
