Job summary

You will monitor data, maintain databases, provide high-touch outreach to students and alumni, coordinate campus visits and community service hours, and support program events and office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Proficient with database entry, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce experience is beneficial.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of students, parents/guardians, and educational institutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with College Access Counselors to identify, prioritize, contact, and assist students through enrollment and retention tasks.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of the Ayers Foundation Trust database and documentation.
• Monitor community service hours to ensure scholarship eligibility and deadlines.
• Promote retention efforts with Ayers Scholars alumni through ongoing contact and support.
• Coordinate local scholarship opportunities and assist with applications and monitoring of contracts.
• Support program events, office workflow, and outreach to eighth grade and underclassmen.
