Job summary

The University of Kansas seeks a Hawk Link Coordinator on the Lawrence campus to advance Hawk Link’s role as a campus-wide student support system. You will engage with first-gen and Pell-eligible students, guide onboarding to KU systems, and connect them with campus resources and opportunities for academic and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience.
• One year of experience in education or customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Google Suite.
• Excellent written and telephone communication.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Lawrence Campus with limited hybrid options.

Responsibilities

• Provide student support and onboarding, guiding activation of KU systems.
• Engage in targeted calling campaigns to support student transitions.
• Coordinate events and programming with campus partners.
• Maintain documentation of communications and manage caseload.
• Support office operations and maintain the Hawk Link lounge.
