Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience or Master's degree.
• One year of experience in an educational setting or customer service.
• Experience with technology systems such as Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Google Suite.
• Excellent written communication skills demonstrated by cover letter and resume.
• Excellent telephone skills demonstrated by prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in targeted calling campaigns and onboarding meetings for admitted students.
• Provide same-day responses and referrals via Hand Raise and Jayhawk GPS/Navigate 360; schedule appointments.
• Document communications, manage a defined caseload, and perform proactive outreach with timely follow-up.
