Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Preferred: master's degree in relevant field (Student Development, Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Christian Education).
• Commitment to the Christian ministry and mission of Houston Christian University.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Student Affairs, Athletics, and Spiritual Life to promote student development and accountability.
• Investigate and adjudicate student conduct cases as a Student Conduct Administrator.
• Manage care reports for students of concern in crisis in collaboration with Care Team.
• Train staff in conduct and care processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Use Symplicity Advocate or similar databases to manage records.
