Position Summary:
The Student Success Specialist (Student Conduct & Care) is a full-time staff position within the Student Affairs Division responsible for fostering student success through relational, restorative, and discipleship-oriented student conduct interventions and student support. This role supports the fair and consistent administration of the university’s student conduct policies while facilitating student accountability, character formation, and governance initiatives in alignment with Houston Christian University’smission and values.
