Job summary

Case Western Reserve University is seeking a Student Conduct Specialist to support undergraduate, graduate, and professional students in meeting campus standards and succeeding academically.

The role investigates potential violations of the Student Code of Conduct and Undergraduate Academic Integrity Policy, gathers information, determines responsibility, and applies consistent outcomes while educating the campus on policy expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year minimum with college students.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with student conduct, academic integrity or related accountability preferred.
• FERPA, Title IX, marketing, trainings and database administration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate potential policy violations and present cases for consultation.
• Maintain detailed, secure records of cases and information.
• Ensure completion of sanctions and follow up as needed.
• Meet with students on first-time Academic Integrity violations and guide Ethics Tutorial steps.
• Address low-level behavioral concerns and escalating issues.
