Job summary

The role encompasses Employment, Externship/Certification Track, and Career Services Skill Development, helping students transition to the job market with employer engagement and structured coaching. The position requires an Associate degree with preferred three years in job development or related fields.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Preferred three years of job development, career services, or agency recruiting experience.
• Degrees from U.S. institutions are recognized; equivalence from non-U.S. institutions may be established.

Responsibilities

• Conducts employer and job development sales activities such as employer calls and site visits.
• Meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and modular activity goals to achieve modular employment start goal.
• Maintains relationships with students and graduates to ensure appropriate interaction with employers.
• Attends business functions, trade shows, and professional organizations’ meetings for networking and employer development.
