Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Tracks and analyzes student performance data to improve success and retention.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the Learning Resource Center (LRC).
• Collaborates with faculty and campus staff to identify student needs and provide targeted interventions.
• Supports student orientations and guides access to academic resources.
