Universities of Wisconsin in Green Bay is seeking a Student Success Coach for a one-year fixed-term position to directly support student persistence and outcomes. You will work with advisors, faculty, and campus partners to implement holistic, strengths-based coaching and timely referrals that promote academic and personal success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree at time of application.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, self-prioritize, meet deadlines and remain flexible to shifting priorities.
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
• Demonstrated commitment to student development, support and success.

Responsabilités

• Track analytics with advisors, staff, students to inform retention strategies.
• Communicate, assist, and monitor student progress.
• May assist FAFSA completion and provide financial aid information.
• Make recommendations to improve retention efforts.
• Adhere to the established plan of operation, curriculum, process policy, and regulations.
• Advocate for campus-wide retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate student records including contact logs and case notes.
• Monitor and plan student progress and success plans.
• Provide referrals to campus resources.
