Job summary

You will manage and support student success tools like EAB Navigate360 and EdSights, collaborate with faculty and staff, and drive data-informed decisions to improve student engagement and achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree at time of application or 2 years’ related experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains performance metrics for application features and recommends and takes corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinates system-wide updates and installs upgrades and patches.
• Participates in design, development, and implementation of test and production objects; defines user requirements and performs configuration, change management, and testing activities.
• Creates and updates access permissions and maintains user accounts to ensure application security through user profile management.
• Recommends application enhancements or changes that may involve custom design, optional, and third party products.
• Troubleshoots hardware, software, and system problems.
