Job summary

City College for Municipal Employment (CCME) in Philadelphia seeks a dedicated Success Coach to guide and support CCME students after onboarding. You will provide proactive coaching, manage progress, assist with course registrations, and connect students to campus and community resources to overcome barriers.

You will develop individualized success plans, monitor engagement, and deliver monthly workshops on education, career readiness, and professional development, collaborating with CCME staff

Qualifications

• Onboarding and matriculation support for CCME students.
• Develop individualized success plans with milestones.
• Monitor academic progress and intervene when at risk.
• Identify barriers and connect to campus and community resources.
• Coordinate registrations and course enrollment.
• Deliver monthly workshops on education, career development.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive coaching and case management to assigned CCME students.
• Maintain regular contact with students and document progress and milestones.
• Support students with registration and enrollment in CCME courses.
• Develop and facilitate monthly educational, career, and professional development workshops.
• Collaborate with CCME staff and other departments to strengthen engagement and completion.
