Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social or human sciences, business, or other related field(s) required.
• 1–3 years teaching, mentoring, advising, and/or coaching college students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaboration with staff and partners; excellent coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Student Support—teach college prep and support 40+ high school students.
• Provide 1-on-1 coaching to help students plan their college path.
• Track student progress and maintain data across programs.
• Coordinate with school and College Possible teams for student success.
• Recruit students at partner schools; lead information sessions and interviews.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain program documents.
• Support program development and organizational initiatives.
