Job summary

Community College of Philadelphia seeks a Success Coach for the Catto Scholarship to provide intensive case management and tailored supports to a caseload of over 100 scholars. You will connect students to campus resources, coordinate enrollment and financial aid, and facilitate workshops to promote retention and on-time graduation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from a recognized accreditor.
• Two years’ direct experience in education or social services with diverse populations.
• Experience managing individual caseloads with intensive case management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to organize data, maintain files and prepare reports.
• Proven ability to plan, develop and deliver quality workshops and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse groups.
• Strong organization and planning skills; able to work in a close team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted, individualized support to a caseload of Catto Scholars.
• Create ISP for each scholar on caseload.
• Monitor and analyze data to inform outreach frequency and strategies.
• Document progress and participation toward benchmarks and eligibility.
• Coordinate services across departments for enrollment, aid, advising and support.
• Distribute stipends for food, books, and transportation and track usage.
• Develop and facilitate monthly workshops supporting academic success and transfer-readiness.
• Participate in Recruitment, Retention, Graduation & Success teams and SAT meetings.
• Plan alongside Success Navigators for intake, onboarding, and post-completion transitions.
• Generate monthly engagement and status reports for all scholars.
• Provide transitional support for time-out or discontinued scholars and assist with alternative aid resources.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve retention and outcomes.
• Engage in professional development related to responsibilities.
