Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline is required.
• Two to four years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Preferred: Master’s degree with 2–4 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise a caseload of first-year undergraduates to support transition.
• Assist with registration for the first semester and onboarding.
• Coordinate with departments to connect students to needed resources.
• Help with major exploration and career readiness activities.
• Track progress and document advising notes in the system.
• Support students with academic probation or at-risk situations.
