Job summary

University of the Cumberlands is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to support enrollment operations and student retention. You will guide applicants, register new students, and help align class schedules with academic goals, working closely with Financial Aid and Student Accounts.

You will communicate with students regularly by multiple channels to promote engagement and progress from enrollment through graduation, collaborating daily with campus departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer insight to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of enrollment-related processes.
• Guide applicants through the enrollment process when necessary.
• Register new students and assist returning students with registration.
• Collaborate with others on student and class schedules.
• Work with Financial Aid and Office of Student Accounts to guide aid and billing processes.
• Run reports of students not registered and pursue retention through outreach.
• Maintain data and contact students at risk of withdrawing or failing.
• Communicate with students regularly by in person, text, phone, and email to support retention.
• Provide program instruction and guidance from enrollment to graduation.
• Daily collaboration with other campus departments to engage and educate students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
