Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Interest in working in a collaborative and positive environment
• Experience in higher education preferred (tutoring, learning center, or academic advising)
• Knowledge of learning strategies, academic success skills, motivational techniques, and basic counseling principles
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive academic and career coaching through individual and group meetings, digital outreach, and targeted interventions.
• Develop individualized success plans and maintain regular communication with students to monitor progress and connect with resources.
• Collaborate with advisors, faculty, and peer mentors to coordinate outreach and support for students.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions to support program assessment and continuous improvement.
