Responsibilities

• Serve as Academic Coach within Durango's Advancement & Support Hub (DASH), supporting students across multiple scholarship cohorts.
• Deliver individualized academic, career, social, and emotional support to foster student belonging and success.
• Connect students to campus and community resources based on individual needs.
• Guide students in building skills and strategies for persistence and degree completion.
• Collaborate with campus partners to provide holistic, wrap-around student support.
• Use student data to proactively identify needs and connect students to timely resources aimed at improving retention.
