Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in higher education in a student support role.
• Two years administrative experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Experience in tutoring and advisement, especially with at-risk students.
• Experience in working with a diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisement, support, and resources to students to aid in success and retention.
• Develop academic plans for at-risk students and provide advisement to support progression.
• Coordinate with campus administration and faculty to identify at-risk students and implement action plans.
• Monitor ongoing performance and communicate proactively about student success.
• Maintain records of student outreach and collaboration with faculty and staff.
