Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 15 semester hours in Social Services or related instruction.
• Minimum one year of counseling or related field experience.
• Preference for prior Job Corps or related program experience.
• Must have a valid in-State Driver's License and meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, educational and career counseling to students.
• Develop individualized student career educational plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of student data.
• Coordinate services on- and off-Center to support retention and success.
• Mentor students and uphold Career Success Standards.
• Document performance and progress in the case management system.
